Delivery fees
- Free delivery in Brunei-Muara on orders of BND 150.00 or more.
- We deliver to Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Belait and Temburong on the date you choose.
- Time slots: 9am to 12pm, 12pm to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm.
- Need flowers urgently? WhatsApp us at +673 000 0000 and we will do our best.
- Collection from our studio is free. Mon to Sat, 9am to 7pm.
Frequently asked
How do I pay?+
We accept bank transfer to BIBD or Baiduri. After placing your order, transfer the total using your order number as the reference and upload a screenshot of the receipt. We confirm payments within business hours.
Can I upload my receipt later?+
Yes. Open your order from the link in your confirmation email, or find it under Track order with your order number and phone number, and upload it there. Your order is held until the payment is verified.
What if my receipt is rejected?+
We will leave a note on your order explaining why. You can upload a clearer or corrected receipt from the same page.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?+
Flowers are seasonal, so a stem or two may be substituted. We always keep the same style, size and colour palette.
How do I care for my flowers?+
Trim stems at an angle, use fresh cool water and change it every two days. Keep away from direct sun and air-con vents.
